Theory of Change

As important as the desire to create positive impact is the way we get there. A long-term vision and an effective, well-structured plan are essential to achieving meaningful results in the future.

To this end, Instituto Îandé adopts the Theory of Change as its main tool to guide the development of a clear and coherent strategic plan. This approach ensures a logical and transparent link between available resources, supported projects, medium-term outcomes, and the long-term impact they aim to generate.

The methodology also enables ongoing testing and validation of the Institute’s strategic assumptions throughout its journey, as well as the definition of indicators for measuring results and impact over time.
